She suddenly realizes that she is unlikely to get a verbal response from Redevance, and she blushes bright red. She ducks her head and her ears turn back and forth nervously. She thinks to herself Look. If you weren't welcome, you would have been eaten. Just take a deep breath, and realize that this isn't the end of the world if you don't find a bonded. She recoils at the thought. Of course the world would end if she didn't find a chirr bonded!

Despite her embarassment, she lightens up and grins again. She smiles at the chirrs, and pulls some toys from her waist-pouch. She drops a ball that she painted herself, with intricate designs of yellow and purple, then one of red and yellow, then one of green and blue. She smiles and takes out of her pouch a larger ball, with designs of Celtic whorls on it in blue. It is obviously the most beautiful ball of the 4, and smiling, she passes it to the firstborn chirr, waiting for its response. She then passes another ball to the fifth, the male with intelligent eyes, and she smiles, making sure to roll the ball, not wanting to disrupt anything, only giving gifts.

She is oddly subdued, less full of energy than she usually is. She grins and waits for a chirr to notice her, and she passes balls to the other female chirrs, smiling widely at the red-gold chirr.
