Subject: 'ello maties! hehe *on a slight sugar high*

We've incurred a vague problem in the neutral equine empire. It's not exactly a headline for todays times, in fact it's been a rather recurring problem. For several generations now the neutral leadership has gone through hard times, since I've been here really. When the title was handed on to me it improved slightly but upon my own resignation many months ago it worsened with my predecessor. I returned to find the section in ruins, the monarchy in crumbles, and the current royalty straning to gather back their hold (they were also the leaders before myself). This is where my complaint registers itself. For weeks now I haven't hard from the queen, who happens to be a dear friend of mine, and the king who is also a close familiar ha simply vanished, he did quite a time ago to be honost and i haven't seen a single residence of excuse to his sudden leave. I've attempted to contact the pair but my efforts are still fruitless. I've come to request your permission to replace the monarchy of the moment with another hopefully stronger and won't crumble like the spartians did to the athenians at any every naval battle. My two equid are the highest of position in the kingdom as of the moment. One being the back up to the royal terrain, the other being Esperanza, former queen of the land and sole aactively exsisting dauhter of the queen and king. I've always played a large part in the empire (including political ties & designing page page) and would like to rebuild the kingdom for good thing time.
