I'm a slightly left leaning libertarian, myself.

It's unfortunate that due to American culture being generally lowbrow, we'll never see a 3rd party canidate in office. It's just Repubs and Dems, which is like choosing the lesser of 2 evils. There is a lot I hate about both sides, and there is some things I like about both. However, the dems come out on top on most issues.
