The subject line amounts to a $395.25 Billion dollar tax cut over just the first 5 years alone. That is a $1600 tax cut for every man woman and child in America so if you have a family with four kids, that is a $6400 a year tax cut or we could start paying back the national debt which is now, as of this communique, is $5,510,133,012,971.17 or $22,040.53 for every man woman and child.

Over the 25 years in which the Tobacco Companies would have reimbursed the government -- you, me and all Americans -- the $500 Billion they rejected, the tax savings will andc me or for which we’ll be reimbursed! The $73 billion a year adjusted for 4% inflation would yield a humongous tax cut over 25 years as follows:

The tobacco companies rejected Congress’ last request for a $500 Billion settlement over 25 years. That’s a drop in the bucket of what you and I will have to pay to subsidize the pushers of death and disease. I’m initiating a class action suit for all Americans to recover the cost of their doing their dirty little business. They should have grabbed the deal while they had a chance. Now, the settlement will be six times as great!

Don’t misunderstand me! I defend a persons right to kill themselves any way they want but I’ll be damned if I am going to pay for it. If a person used tobacco products as they are designed, the person is committing slow suicide and he or she is making me pay for it. That injury on insult!

I’m putting together a class action law suit against the tobacco companies to recover for the American people, the cost of medical care for the people who use their products the way they are designed.

With the national debt bankrupting America, I’m offended by the Tobacco Company’s ad that, “"Even with a 1.6 Trillion dollar surplus, some in Congress wants a 500 billion dollar tobacco tax increase." There was no tax surplus YET and it is debatable how much it really will be. Even then, to pay down or off the national debt, is the surest way possible to get a tax cut. I want a tax cuts by first paying back the national debt quadrupled during President Reagan’s tenure.

Listed below are the form letters I send to the President and every Senator and Congressional Representative every month. I encourage you to copy these letters and use them as a starting point from which to coin your own letters. Use my letters as ideas and a master to create your own master from which to send to every Senator and Representative demanding they take a stand against the tobacco company’s lies, fraud and embezzlement from the American people! I would encourage others to post their ideas for letters or masters they use to this forum also in your own folder.

This is a representative government. You have a $22,000 tax bill increasing every second. By letting the tobacco companies defraud you, it is costing you more than it needs to!
