x. he drifted off to sleep fairly quickly, thoughts about Tosha flitting through hid drowsing mind as hours pass... He wakes, hearing loud voices, startled into consiousness so suddenly his head is thumped against the bunk above, and he witholds a curse as he reluctantly climbs out of the bunk, sighing as he rose. From the sounds of it, people were leaving the infirmary... Sitting down in a chair nearby, he watched Tosha as she rested peacefully, smiling to himself as he thought about her...
He'd risk his life for her, in any way, shape or form - for any reason, without a second thought. He hadn't felt that way about anyone else before, and it startled him a bit... But he cared about her, more than he cared about anyone else - including himself. How could he express that in words, or even actions? Such a concept was so hard to describe even to himself mentally, how in the world could it be expressed adequately? He sighed softly aloud, pondering... .x
