The slumbering Fed winces as the sudden, loud sound shocks his groggy brain all too vividly to it's senses. The huddled figure, no more than a boy,not even out of his teens, presents a pathetic sight. Blood oozes from several shallow wounds along his side, his smooth face beginning to darken with bruises around a very red and swollen nose. A groan escapes him as his nerves begin to reawaken, brown eyes flickering open to stare along the cold hard floor of the ship as unfamiliar voices drift, muffled into the compartment...
