He watches the woman approach, and runs a scan. Satisfied that she was the one he had spoken to over holocam, he flicks on a single speaker and holocam, the volume low enough that others couldn't listen without being much too obvious. His voice rasps harshly, in response to her unasked question, still experiencing the effect of having breathed oxygen.
"Yes, I have Liam Connor, but I ran into some trouble, and the price is now doubled. He is fine, and recovering from the stun I had to give him in order to get him here."
The camera shows only his head and shoulders, his eyes as cold as space itself. His reptilian features betray nothing as he waits for the woman's answer.
