~the fiery-haired woman shook a sarcastic finger at the man, in mock scolding~
"Now. Since you seem rather lenient on your preference between Alliance or Feds, I am going to accept you, but have you on probation for two weeks, or until you can convince me that you are truly wanting to be solely of the Alliance, and have proven yourself at least decently helpful. Do you agree, Mr. Melee?"
~despite her impromptu rhyme, she kept a serious face on, turning to her handheld after a while, tapping buttons calmly.
The droid, in the corner of the Spaceport, perked up, sprouting its trio of legs, and began to scurry off in the directions indicated by button presses. Occasionally the woman would tap a few more, changing the view from the eyes of the droid or adjusting modes. Not only would this test out the droid, this would allow her to prowl the Spaceport where that mercenary incident took place, see if anything was left over... Any evidence, anything...
All while she was waiting for Xixini's reply to her offer~
