Especially if it hurts someone's feelings... then its more important to get it out... because you want to make someone who respects you feel betrayed... kinda like how all the apostles felt when Judas betrayed Jesus... its important to say how you feel... even at work.. if you are in a meeting and something bad happens just say I hate this f-ing place and all the people in it... the group will respect you for your frankness... and for being honest..most of them might feel the same way... if you meet a girl and she likes you and you don't find her attractive, tell her she is ugly and to leave you alone and that you are not interested... she will respect you, and make sure you say it loudly so others can hear it... its important to let people know that you mean what you say...and that you can speak your mind... if your friend says something stupid, tell him he is a damn idiot for saying such a dumb thing... who cares about his feelings... say whats on your mind... tell the truth.. I'm sure if he/she doesn't want to be your friend, you can find others... especially on the interent... there are lots of people who speak freely...but why limit yourself to just the interent... speak freely publicly...talk to people the way you would on a message board... its a free world, whats the worst that can happen to anyone.... get thrown in jail, get beat up.. ya right... this is the really real world... not T.V.... Television is full of lies anyways.. half the news is made up to make you watch it for ratings...
