You have no idea what goes on with a riot in reference to the police do you? Seattle Police have shown REMARKABLE restraint in dealing with the riots. Last I heard only about 25 arrests, when they could have had over 1000 arrests if they had wanted. Every single protestor has broken the law, either by impeding flow of traffic, peace disturbance or disorderly conduct, as well as numerous assults on a law enforcememnt officer. For showing their restraint what thanks to the Seattle Police get, they get people critizing them and trying to jugde their response to the riot, if the was New York, Chicago, or LA Police they wouldnt have shown near the same restraint Seattle Police have shown. Oh yeah almost forgot most cities you have to have a city permit to protest so theres yet another reason they could have arrested them all but showed restraint and didn't
