He is suggesting that If they lost his hate, and strived towards his vision of a one world, maintaining his conviction, that others would form a thousand year Reich of love. He is saying that he admired his conviction, but not his beliefs. I say there are others who held his conviction and beliefs, along with his hatred and calous unfortunately, they where just sucsessfull, so they got away with it.
