 УНА-УНСО не будет мешать папе римскому

УНА-УНСО заявила, что не будет проводить никаких акций протеста во время визита в Украину Папы Римского, как сообщала ранее. Глава исполкома провода УНА-УНСО Юрий Тыма подчеркнул, что партия поддерживает визит Папы в Украину и считает, что такой визит будет способствовать объединению украинских церквей. Кроме этого, говорит Тыма, такой визит подтверждает, что Украина является европейским государством.

В то же время, по его словам, Львовская ячейка партии обратилась к Иоанну Павлу II с просьбой поспособствовать освобождению украинских политзаключенных, пребывающих в СИЗО СБУ в Киеве. По словам Тымы, на следующей неделе Форум нацспасения также обратится к Папе с той же просьбой.
