Legal Tender follows closely, submissively. Then suddenly she jerks up her head, as if to say, "What am I thinking of?" She rears up high, does a pirroet( I don't know how to spell it) and thuds heavily to the ground. She backs up, head high, eyes rolling, delivers a panic stricken blow on the stallion's quarters. It was not a major blow, but it told of her nature. It was dead on target, displaying accuracy and expieriance. She could protect her herd from intruders well, when the stallion was elsewhere, but she was the untamed. She was the wild.
How did the stallion find the rose?
