Daroth hops from foot to foot knowing he is to be fed. he clumsily runs over to where I am and bumps me slightly, trying to stop. I turn and scratch his left eyeridge again then we walk from the hatching ground, and to the feeding grounds. Once there, Daroth runs to the first stag, kills it, and starts to gorge.
" Ah, Daroth I don't think you should eat so hastilywe have all the time in the world. Eat slower, but don't eat too much, as you will get sick." I say as more of the new dragonriders come into the feeding grounds, leading their Dragonettes to the fence line where the live animals await, unsteadily....
