If I need to protect my head from alien transmissions I use aluminum foil. Aluminum foil also comes in nice colors. Certain colors protect one from specified frequencies of the alien transmissions. The color I find works best for me is pink. I think regular (silver color) aluminum foil protects one from the grays.
