ok, so I've been singin nate's song for YEARS now and I'm pleased as punch that someone else jumped on board (hm, mixed metaphors anyone?) ... I haven't even read any of these comics, but, true to form, people have gotten all hypersensitive about the damn things ... yes nate, you are correct. people should wise up and realize that it ain't always sunshine and roses in the world, and folks should be allowed to offend one another. this is true of these comics, and i think the same standard should apply in seminar classes as well. everyone is SO afraid to say, "I think you're wrong" in class, for fear of offending someone. it's always, "well, my opinion may differ slightly, but that doesn't make me right and you wrong" ... blah blah blah ... come on folks, let us not let the bed-wetter hippies make wimps of us all ... garrett, or whomever is writing the allegedly offensive comics, I salute you in your refusal to be brought down by the polite police... ees good wurk you do
I suppose that's all for now ... OH, except, I got robbed ... and just for those of you who have never been robbed, I really hope you don't ... it's not a happy feeling in the slightest ... and sally .... you NEED to call home from that hallway phone and leave me a number where i can get in touch with you about this robbery ... i lost your number ... but anyway, contact me cuz you're not gonna be a happy camper ... they got stuff from all of us (stokey me and you) ... I can tell you one thing ... when we find that kid, someone is going to have a long talk with him about taking things that don't belong to him without asking ... blah, that's all and i'm rambling ... so i'm out .... off to search for song lyrics
