The large, dark haired man stopped for a moment outside the apartment doors, finishing off his cigarette and enjoy the brisk air. It was probably 80 degree's inside the apartment, Raine was always either cold, or way hot. Shifting his weight a little, he looked around, cracking his neck absently. He was supposed to watch Kenzi tonight for Jay and Stace, but they hadn't called so he was in no hurry. Kevin would be disappointed though. Strong arms crossed slightly over his chest as his brow furrowed. All of them were so grown up now...but then again..last friday him and jay went out...and well, you can take the thug out of his life, but you can't take the life out of the thug. Boy's will be boys after all.

The apartment was fairly warm, but she was still snuggled into a fuzzy fleece blanket that Miguel had bought her for her last birthday. She was watching Spirit, Stallion of the Cimmarron, and Kevin, who had been her 'date' for the movie experience, was out cold, leaning against her with his head tipped back and his mouth open, snoring lightly. She looked at up his entrance and a smile touched her features, though tears shone in her eyes. A particularly heartbreaking scene had appeared, and she couldn't help but indulge her inner child at seeing the heroic main character, the horse, of course, held captive. She smiled brightly. "Top notch.." There was no doubt about the fact that this pregnancy had been ten times easier than the first already, and whether it was because she had support this time or not, she wasn't sure. She reached for his hand, twining her fingers into his lazily, and resting them on her mound of a stomach. "Ah, you will be too, before the holiday season is over."
