*Glares around.* Why don't people ever tell me when there's a conference going on? *Grumbles.* Ok, I 'skimmed' through the messages, and here's what I think:
We did talk about training in the first OOC discussion, but it never really got implemented because we need a board for it. Maybe we can use the square until we have a board, and the senior members of each class could be teachers until some people join as teachers, and real pilots/engineers/spies etc could come in and do guest-speaking occasionally so the students get real-life tips.
We -do- need more Feds, so if you join a Fed, try to keep him/her away from your char...:)
As for a new thing, weather sounds good, and then there was that weird thing in the Barracks that I was trying to find in the Outlands...I don't know if it's active still, but if it is, it'll put a nice twist on things.
Surprise/Disasters would work better if the owner randomly placed them around the site instead of on a seperate board, cuz people don't always check those and then the person who got it has to explain to the people around what surprise/disaster happened to him/her and how it affects them all.
Hurm, I think that's all...
Oh wait. As for a Vice Prez, I don't really like the idea, it indicates I don't have full power and that could be seen as a weakness. How about a second-in-command? And the council idea I like, I think it should be comprised of one rep from each class, and some other people to deal with little things (i.e. construction of facilities, etc).
