That's true, what we were suggesting was begining to sound more like something for the feds than the rebels.. I'm guessing(now that I've been brought back to reality and am thinking like a rebel again)that a council would be going a bit to far, making it seem like there was a gov that would be trying to take control and bring in restrictions, which was what the rebs were trying to get away from in the first place. But, like we were saying before we started thinking fed-like, the rebels do need 'some' amount of control, not alot, just enough to keep them from running wild and falling apart. They do need a pres, but, like you said Badhbh, the president wouldn't be in complete control, just be the one to, well, break the ties.

A second in command makes sense, because if something happens to the pres, someone would have to take the place of 'leader' immediatly, so the rebels wouldn't be weakened for even a short amount of time by the lack of a leader, giving the feds a perfect opportunity to strike.

I agree that those that wish to get away from the 'main base' should go to the Outlands. That's where they went before, and it worked out fine, so I don't see any reason why it shouldn't now.

K..was that right? I think I understood what all of you were saying, but with me who knows..
