No, I don't think you are overpowering at all, I was just making a point because it seemed the conversation was heading in that direction. I agree with Amalthia's description except that it may be a bit exaggerated... I wouldn't call the rebles mobsters.
I think more of the English Monarchy, and the American Revolution.. In that time, the Americans were escaping from the 'over-powering' government, just like in this game. (but, I am definately not saying the rebles should follow the american system... no sir..)

But in anycase.. I don't see any problem with the way things are set up now. The government has orginized itself accordingly, as the game developed. If you think there needs to be improvements.. look at the area of weakness at one time, and we can adress one aspect of it at a time..
(hmm... I am thinking this may have to eventually retreat from the ooc discussion and go back to in-character..)
