Alean follows Toireasa in, ordering some green tea and some soup for herself as well, then carefully eyes her surroundings.
The bar is rather small, made to look like one of the old ones from pseudo-medieval Earth, with fake wood tables and walls. The only thing that's real about it is the food, which is excellent.
The people, however, are another matter. Their eyes seem to watch herself and Toireasa too carefully, almost as though regarding them as some sort of danger, and Alean finds herself suspicious of them in return. Yet there is nothing she can do about it; they're civilians, as far as she knows, and this place is a no-man's-land, anyway.
"So," she states finally, "Our ship's in four hours. What do you want to do during the layover?"
