The gentle stirring and flattening of lush, sparsely grazed grass precedes the quiet landing of Raven's craft, the landing gear touching ground with a mild 'thwump' in the rocky, partially wooded meadow chosen for their landing. The sections of smooth exposed stone in addition to the shadows shed by the few nearby trees provide something of a camoflauge for the ship, at least aerially. Inside, the pilot touches a drop of fluid to her eyebrows, finishing her appearance with their transition from red-blonde to jet black. A variety of weapons, mostly from her personal collection are inventoried and checked once more.. some were borrowed from Tanari supplies.. which consisted mostly of odds and ends picked up by pirates. Thin, lithe fingers briefly inspect a small metal disc, similar to primitive currency, and still used in some systems. However, this interesting object was quite useful, sending out varying severities of sounds waves, that could be used to break,overload, incapacitate, and otherwise cause undetected havoc in any desired area. Quite a useful find, and she had a pocketfull.
Stepping out into the clear Venhydran air, she secures the shuttle and engages it's low level energy shield. Well worn boots scuff through the long grass, the soft dewy leaves brushing all evidence of Tanari dust from their so rarely wet exterior. Ducking into the shade of the brambled forest, the black haired woman makes her way in the general direction of the colony proper...only one thing left to change... should anyone inquire.
