Appearance: Shalar is short, about 5'4", and is thin and gangly. His eyes are, startlingly, black, and he has short blue hair. He has a scar on his wrist that looks like somebody once tried to slit his wrist

Description: (how exactly is this diff. from appearance i dont know, but i will try my best)Shalar is a deadly shot from far away and closer in, but not supreme in hand-to-hand combat. He is a rogue, and once flew a fighter plane, which perhaps helped perfect his aim.

Personality: Shalar is conservative, and is a pessemist. He has a great sense of humor, and talks in his sleep. He is very friendly, but that sometimes gets him in trouble. Although friendly, he is very agressive in battle.
