Just got back from NCAA's at Miami. Thought you might like to know that Kee Kee made the NCAA trivia question on the bigboard during time outs. Question was who is the smallest player to score more than 2500 pts in NCAA D1 history. Clark at 5'9'' was the correct answer. Other choices included Calvin Murphy at 5'10''. On this schedule issue you need to look at it from the big guys perspective too. Is there any doubt that SPC was more competetitive at the RLC this year vs SHU than recently? What about the RU series? Now the big guy knows he might lose that's true, but economics also come to play. Unless you are willing to travel all the time to get almost exclusive losses, why would a big play home and home? He comes to JC or even MSG or the Rock and who goes to the game? He makes no money unless SPC ponies up a big guarantee(RIGHT!) and maybe loses. We need to upgrade with more A10, MAC and perhaps Colonial Lg games for now. These teams will pay home and home and the cost factor is lower for everyone. Some of the games cited as being played by #1 seeds were played in a preseason champions tournament, which by the way drew flies this year and last at the Rock even though the fields included teams like PItt, Texas, Tenn, Wash St. W.Va., Miss. St etc.We need to upgrade, as I've said before but you have to consider all the factors before you can begin to discern what is more possible of the choices
