Subject: Siena/Kansas

Great effort by the Saints on the road last night at Kansas....will certainly help the MAAC's rep.
In addition, how about the job Michalich is doing again this season at Niagara? With plenty of recruiting obstacles to overcome, Joe always seems to find some pretty good players and coaches them very well.
Siena is admittedly a different animal re: resources, arena, community support, etc....but Niagara is no Eden, by any stretch of the imagination.
Bottom line.....the right guy can get it done at St. Peter's, given time. Dunne will have plenty of time to prove whether or not he can do it....but we should use Niagara as an example and never, ever, resign ourselves to mediocrity.
