A recent report on Scout mentioned a rumor of this verbal and it was denied by the B and G coach. I don't question what happened, but I would like to see the kid confirm it to the services.

Wouldn't that be perfect...lose Hogga, get all excited about Sutton only to have him show up next September at Fordham.

DW is one of the few coaches that can screw up a wet dream. He basically wasted Dunston. The only thing worse than DW is the expectations that their fans have and their rather over inflated opinion of their importance in the world. Fordham fans run a neck and neck race with Fairfield fans for the dumest self evaluation of their status in life.

In the end, if the kid gave a verbal, I suspect he is very honorable and will honor it.

Fordham web posting indicates Sutton will NOT be coming in for his planned visit.
Seems like the Sutton to SPC rumor has some legs.
Plus, unlikely info would be shared at Golf Outing unless it was pretty solid.
