Space: Lunar Orbit-
The battle between Dr. Wily's space based forces, Dr. Doppler's hijacked Repliforce ships, and the Maverick Hunter's ground patrols continues on. Noiselessly raging in the vacuum of space, Zero watches the cluster of explosions open up around him. The battle has not been going as well as planned. The Hunter's have moved in, but are being pushed back by superior numbers.
Over head, Doppler's capital ships are dealing out a strong blow to Wily's ground defenses. Wily's forces continue to counter attack with S.A.M.(surface to air missile) batteries, and heavy assult cannons. Wily also has the employ of both high, and low lunar orbit defense satellites.
Each participant on the battle field is showing signs of fatigue. Since there is no air in space, no one can comminicate through their standard vox circuitry. So, the Hunters have been equipped with special radio wave tranceivers. Worn like a collar around the neck, they transfer sound via radio waves to an enclosed device fitted over the auditory receptors of the Reploid Hunters. Now, it is posible for them to talk to eachother, as if they were in open air.
But,as Zero leads his special 00 unit across the barren wastes of the moon, shocking events are taking place on Earth! When we last left our heros, Mega Man X was being led (knowingly) into a trap from Vile, while outside, a Nuclear warhead was only seconds from being detonated outside. When that happens, a second, deep underwater bomb was also set to detonate! This one move could destroy everything around Doppler's island. Castendo, the rogue pirate was about to face certain doom. being Double crossed by Wily, his ship was sabotaged by the evil genius. Now, it moves closer to the flash point, giving Castendo no chance of escape! Meanwhile, only four hostages remain for Mega Man X to rescue. As Vile waits to spring his trap on X, will X make it in time to save them, and defeat Vile once and for all? So many questions....so little time....stay tuned to this RPG for all the answers.
