Subject: Battle Verge Author: Ryujin [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 09:03:53 02/23/03 Sun RX had just from the corner of his eye seen what just happened but before he had time to do anything he was attacked by the patrol. He deflected their blade attacks, ran up the wall and jupmed off it while spinning, cutting down 4 reploids in one hit. Then he dashed at the rest of the patrol. 7 reploids attacked him at the same time with their energy blades, RX managed to deflect all of them with his twin sabres, then began attacking, to his surprise this "A" squad was better than he thought as the were deflecting his attacks. RX: This is getting us nowhere, I have no time to play with you fools! Just the he saw 3 reploids in the distance running towards the alarm RX: Hmm? no you don't! RX flipped over the 7 bladed reploids and bounced off the wall cutting the 1st of the 3 in half, then he flipped across the ground and jumped with a spinning kick, which smashed in the second reploids head, then he rolled across the ground towards the next reploid RX: I'm not going to make it!!! Just as he was about to hit the alarm, he was desintegrated by an energy blast, he looked back to see smoke comming from BR's buster. RX: Ok, now to take you all down!!! RX stood still as the entire patrol ran at him from all directions, he held his sword strait in the air as electricity began to strike it, he then jumped into the air and aimed his sabre towards the ground RX: Thunder Crash!!!!!! The second he hit the ground a huge shockwave of electricity exploded outward in a circular expanding bubble which destroyed all of the patrol. RX stood up slowly RX: BR, are you ok??? BR: Yeah, I'm fine. RX: Good shot, that was a close shave. BR: Huh? behind you! RX: Wha? another patrol?? Hmph! Lets go! RX began slicing them apart and smashing them up with his fists and feet while BR was backing him up with cover fire. Finally all of the patrol was destroyed. RX: Ok, lets move! Suddenly a darkened figure walked down the corridoor. Bot RX and BR looked on in wonder.. RX: Identify yourself!!! A blast came down the corridoor and RX quickly flipped out of the way.
