Subject: MINI-DASHOUND FEMALE

I have a 10yr old Mini-Dashound,female,long-haired. I came home from work last week and found she couldn't move her hind legs. took her to the vet and he told me she had a slipped disk in her back. He gave her a shot and some pills and told me to keep her confined as much as possible.
I have 3 other dashounds. I really want to help her as much as I can,but don't know what to do for her. I have put ice and heat on her back different times in the day hopeing that this will help her. I carry her outside to go potty and carry her to her food and water. She does go potty and she is eating, but still can't use her hind legs. I want to try everything I can for her,but my money is very tight.I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how I can help my little girl. She is my baby and I can't bear the thought of having to have to put her down. I am new at this stuff (asking for help on the internet) but I really don't know what to do and like I said my money is tight, but I want to do as much as I can for her. I would appreciate any suggestions or ideas that I could try to help my baby.
Thank You.
