David mentioned Gillian tonight on Conan O'Brien's show so I think definately she will be involved. It just wouldn't work without both Mulder AND Scully. As for William, my guess is Carter wants to just forget he ever existed. I kind of doubt he will even be mentioned in the movie. I'm not happy about how that storyline turned out.
