As host here I try to keep this place spoiler safe but certainly no one should feel bad for slipping up. Everyone has. I have myself but I can delete my own posts. ;-)

I read most of the posts here and if someone happens to mention something in the spoiler category I just put a little note to let people know. Believe me, it's NOT a big deal.

As to your spoiler, well we have a contigency (albeit very small) of people who watch the show on the BBC and they've only just started on season 8. So they haven't met William yet. :-)

BBC viewers know to avoid the Season 9 board as well as the Mulder and Scully board if they don't want to hear what's happening in the current North American broadcasts. On all other boards people are welcome to talk about new stuff (although not generally on Old Eps) but we try to remember to put up a warning.

Spoilers that haven't aired anywhere yet of course belong on the Spoilers board.

If you want to read a detailed explanation of the Spoiler Guidelines (it's not really necessary but you're welcome to) there's a link on the main page.
I think it needs updating again though.
