I agree with you Stardoe that Mulder didn't know, or at least seemed confused about who the father is of Scully's baby. I'm sure I read your comments in threads before but I can't remember who said what.

I don't think Mulder thinks she doesn't care about him but he maybe feeling very left out and in need of some pity comfort. It must be so weird for him.

Doggett just doesn't believe in aliens. He should suspect that his friend doesn't have his best interest at heart but I guess he's known him a long time and feels he can be trusted. Doggett didn't have a Deep Throat to tell him, "Trust no one."

I worry about the baby being left alone too. I think they might just have to have to just have the Gunmen on round the clock watch with each taking a shift. I think the Gunmen and Skinner are the only ones they could trust. Would M&S ever be able to go out for an evening. Could they see a movie without having to call home every 5 minutes to see if little Bubby ;-) is safe and sound with Uncle Skinner or Uncle Fro? I guess it's a good thing they both enjoy staying at home and watching videos and eating popcorn.

That was a worry when this pregnancy thing started. When she decided on trying IVF did Scully even think about the jeopardy her potential child might be put in, simply because of what she's been exposed to?
