He was only here for a day and half . I think he was pretty busy in that time. He was asked if he liked Australians. Dumb question , I thought. He said he hadn't seen enough of them but so far so good. All he wanted was to get back the Mrs and kid. [not his words] It was funny how out two major papers portrayed him. The Herald which promoted the whole thing had all good things to say in all articles. The Telegraph had one article only and all they really tried to bring him down. They tried to make a huge deal over him saying that Evolution was not a movie he would pay to see. What he meant and what the producers knew was that it wasn't his stylwe of movie that he likes to see. He said that his [big DD word] as an actor were different to his [big DD word] as a viewer of films. Any dill could have realised that but the Telegraph had to make a thing of it seeing as both papers seem to always be bagging eachother.
He said that he bares his arse in this film and yeah, it is his arse so we'll all look forward to that now won't we? I will see the film just because it has DD in it and it just might be funny . I too am wondering if House of Mirth will come here. My hubby used to work across the road from the pictures and would often bring home a programme but now he doesn't so I have no clue what is on. Shrek is our next feature that we will see. A kids show.
DD mainly talked about making Evolution and how much fun it was. I will be sure to watch Rove on Tuesday night. I will tape the segment on the end of my XF tape so that i can put Essence and Existence on a new tape together.
