Hey gang, got another question for you. Despite some talks about there being a prequel to The X-Files (which, basically, I don't see the point as we know what happened to Fox Mulder and his family before hand, and Dana Scully, well, I'm sure she had an interesting life, but I doubt it held much paranormal activity- besides, since Mulder and Scully never met prior to the pilot, then would both characters even be involved? Admittedly, I don't get it.), I would still just like to see a continuation from where the series left off. My question to you is, what would you like to see happen in one or several X-F movies, should they ever come out? I would definitely like to see M & S save the world, obviously. Alien invasion just sounds so bleak without somehow being saved or getting out of it, doesn't it? And of course, I'd love to see them get William back somehow. I'd like to know what happens to Skinner, Doggett and Reyes (as well as little Gibson). Hopefully there endings will be happy. I'd love to see them all show up in the movie(s) as FBI contacts for M & S- well, provided that they all haven't been fired, or worse! And most DEFINITELY, I want to see wedding bands on Mulder and Scully's left hands!!!! Is it necessary to the plot of the show or it's "mythology"? Probably not, but I still think it's important to character development and that it would just be nice! :)

Oh yeah, someone mentioned in another message that William B Davis (CSM) wanted to be a part of the new movie, and so did Carter, but other than being a ghost, they didn't know how exactly to do it. Well, that's easy. Just say he's a clone. I figure the guy, considering he's one of the big wigs in the whole conspiracy/testing stuff might have clones made of him, sort of like all the clones of Samantha that Mulder has run into over the years. I mean, think about it, how many times was CSM "killed" in the duration of the series? How else to explain it? Maybe they could say that the "original", human- if you want to call him that- version of CSM was the one who died in the desert during the end of "The Truth", and all those before him were clones and all those after would be too.

Just food for thought. But seriously people, I want to hear your ideas, too! I'm one of those anal, nerdy fans who can't get enough XF talk!
