I posted below before I opened the morning paper. I knew there was a invite only special screening of the XF movie downtown last night, CC and Frank Spotnitz were here. I tried to weasel some tickets but the only people I knew who got them - one of the craft services companies - wasn't about to give their's up.

On the first page - lower left corner - was a box about the happy homecoming for the show, continued on further in the section.

Being Friday - the movie page becomes a section and guess what dynamic duo was not only on the front page - but the centre page was devoted to the XF. An artical about the MSR, a review of the movie, and a look back at some of the best stand alone episodes of the series.

What really blew me away was the business section also carried a picture of M and S. One from the movie, they were outside with snow coming down. The point of the story was how strong our movie industry - mostly its electronic arts companies - one of which created the snowing effect for the movie. No MSR was mentioned in that story - but it did sent kudo's to CC and his company for being instumental in building up that part of the industry.

I may have to keep this issue!!!
