Actor sharing between shows.

I've commented before about seeing alot of XF guest actors on JAG. Last night I watched JAG for the first time in ages and what do I see. Not only was the regular actress on the show [Mrs Bill Scully jr] having a baby [Matthew] but the nurse attending her was that nurse who took to Scully with a scalpel in the washroom of the home in the bowling alley ghost episode with the intellectually disabled man who saw it. The other nurse looked alot like Nurse Evans who took care of scully after her abduction. I didn't get a good look though. Then the ads for next week come on the there is SAIC Macheaux [spelling] who blew up with the bomb in the movie.
I don't know about you people. Maybe you are used to seeing these actors on other shows but it seems that anyone who has ever been on XF ends up on JAG as well. Constantly. Maybe they are seasoned regular bit part actors who do the rounds of the shows but as I rarely watch US shows anymore I don't see them. ONly on JAG. I think it is funny.
