But I have discovered that I only like eps where M and S are together. I really have never cared for those eps where they are work apart most of the time and never gave it much thought as to why they weren't my fav. eps until recently. I will look forward to S8 only if there is quite a mention of Mulder or reference to his work. I really like the Scully character and I too believe she can carry the show but personally I want Mulder as well. I would feel the same if DD was the only one in the show and GA was having a rest. I just think that if it isn't M and S then it isn't X Files. I am looking forward to a whole new deal next season as I believe that the last 7 years are in the past and this new era of XF will be different. I won't like it as much as the old XF but then again I'm not looking for a continuation of the last 7 years. I think I'll survive anything they throw at us if i see the future seasons as a whole new show. Kind of like a spinoff of the old one.
