Subject: Have we ever seen Scully in court?

I was watching a couple of old episodes recently ("Tooms" from Season One and "Pusher" from Season Three) and both had scenes where Mulder was in court, giving expert testimony based on his position as an F.B.I. profiler.
What I'm wondering is. . .have we ever seen an ep where Scully was in court, reporting the findings of one of her autopsies, being cross-examined, etc.? I can't think of any. I know we've had several scenes where she's given scientific reports about her discoveries to F.B.I. panels, but I mean in an actual courtroom.
