Subject: another great bit
In reply to: duck 's message, "I agree! great ep" on 09:21:21 06/08/00 Thu

another bit i loved was when mulder and scully are at the gay couple's house, and scully's slumped on the couch in the background whilst mulder's trying to talk to them. in fact wasn't her whole sceptic/i can't be doing with this generally just great?

personally i didn't like the gay couple. i thought it was a bit OTT for TXF. although i did laugh when he revealed why they were arguing, especially and mulder's reaction. but i thought it was a bit stupid!

it also reminded me a little of the blair witch project. in the way that it scared you, playing with paranoia. and i hated TBWP. i'm not saying that x cops wasn't good. they're just my 2 complaints! but then i guess we've seen this type of ep before, like you said duck, bad blood immediately springs to mind, although i don't think x cops was as good as that.

BTW, thanks for your theory on closure stardoe - i guess it will always be left up to speculation and our own little theories! not that thats unusual. :) but i still think those eps left a huge amount of seriously unanswered questions.

cvl :)
