Subject: I saw Return To Me last night :-)

What a great movie! One of the best movies I've seen in a while. Very very nice. A movie that makes a person feel happy. Not predictable either. I, and all the other people in the theatre, thought it was funny. Not hysterically funny but funny all the way through. Even if it had been a bad movie I still got such a blast from ogling DD on the big screen once again. And those jeans, and the tux and...dare I day it, the FBI rain coat. I kept thinking "Get it off , get it off, I don't want Mulder tonight"

DD was terrific. One thing though, I was recalling some scenes this morning and DD I'm sure had brown eyes in that film. I mean really brown eyes. I knew as I watched it there was something different about him but didn't think alot about it. Then this morning I thought that his eyes looked very dark. I guess brown eyes are more sorrowful looking and softens one's look. You know the big brown-eyed puppy dog look. I think DD acts well in the subtle comedic type roles. It suits him. There were only a couple of times when I did think of Mulder only because some of Bob's actions were the same. When Bob was crying I said to my husband "I've seen that face before." Then when his cell phone rang in the restaurant I thought, that has to be HIS phone and noone elses. Then when he held his hand out to Grace to dance it of course reminded me of PMP even though the hand out was different. So that was it, just actions and some mannerisms that were probably DDisms rather than Mulderisms. The cast was exceptional. Everyone in that movie was funny in some way or another. Even the 5 kids. It was the type of movie that lifted your spirits in the first minute and kept them there, even with the gararm [sad]stuff. Even the very minor roles were funny. I would have loved it even without DD in it but with him it was extra good. Now I am happy.
