Yes, I agree that this is one of the rare "Scully acts like a jerk" eps. A lot of people go on and on about how frequently Mulder treated Scully badly -- which I agree he did do sometimes, particularly in regard to Fowl Thing -- but I think she did things that hurt him sometimes, too, like refusing to believe what he told her he'd witnessed with his own eyes or responding to his "I love you" with "Oh, Brother!".
I like this ep, though! It has one of my all-time favorite lines: "You're my one in five billion."!
