Not to take the standard noromo view, but all of these "healthy relationship" standards are the standards of any close relationship, not just a romantic one. My roommate is my closest friend in the world, and while in the past we've screamed at each other and been totally ugly to one another in the privacy of our home, he would never berate me in public and I would never question his judgement in front of people we don't know very well. And the two of us are never gonna fall in love, or get married, or even kiss.
