LGM was a great episode. It had all the classic Mulder paranoia, right up to him being afraid to talk to Scully in front of other people. And in the beginning when Scully meets him in the parking garage, it's clear she's just humoring him. It's cute.

I really liked The Host as well. It had the gross out factor, and also had the bonus of Flukeman actually being scientifically explainable, in a way. I always like those episodes.

As far as CC being a conniving hypocrite, I don't recall him ever saying that they didn't have any chemistry. Even as a noromo throughout my tenure of X-Philedom, I've always acknowledged their chemistry. And really, I can totally buy that they were hot for each other. Look at them! They're both gorgeous. Who wouldn't be hot for them? I just always thought that in some episodes they seemed so wrong for each other. Sometimes they seem to drive each other downright crazy.
