At least they mentioned the fact that Scully had been gone for awhile whereas in later years they seemed like they rarely connected the myth arc to the stand alones. I thought Mulder's strogest 'protect Scully moment' was when he ran out of the cave after her lickety split. And yes he looked yummy in the jeans.

Red Museum was a weird one. It seemed like they tried to do too much at once, starting as a stand alone and then throwing in the myth. I wonder if it was always planned that way?
