Subject: Just watched "The List" for the first time

Is this one of those episodes that people generally don't like? It left me a little disturbed, frankly.

I liked the idea of the plot, someone coming back to for revenge after death. But the actual story that was written seemed a little convoluted. In episodes like this I'm never sure if the plot is over my head or if it is poorly written. So Neetch's wife's guard boyfriend definitely killed that lawyer dude, and the warden definitely killed those two prisoners. The other deaths were a mystery, which is the problem Mulder had with the solution. But the guy who killed the warden at the end looked like the wife's boyfriend. But he was already dead, shot by the wife. Now, did the wife shoot the boyfriend because she thought he was the one killing people, or did she think he was neetch, or did she think neetch was reincarnated into him? And could neetch come back in different forms to kill?

I think I'm going to have to watch this again. I don't know if I'm going to be able to, though. I thought it was a little violent. It made my stomach turn. Though that one prisoner, Roke, had a very nice body. Nice stomach. Course, he got brutally murdered by the warden.
