I was typing in "Pearl Harbor" memories that people had mailed into the newspaper where I work. Here's a weird psychological thingy: after 60 years of being repeatedly told that Pearl Harbor was bombed on "a Sunday morning" most of these people "remember" finding out about it on a Sunday morning. . .except most of them lived in Texas at the time and, when it was Sunday morning in Hawaii it was already Sunday *afternoon* in Texas; so they couldn't possibly have heard about it on Sunday morning!!
Okay, maybe I can link this back to old XF eps by saying that, as a psychologist (which he *is* despite that one weird line in "Terms of Endearment), Mulder would probably find this memory altercation thing quite fascinating!
