If he had an ulterior motive as to why Scully did or didn't have those affairs and it related to the baby story I wouldn't like that. I didn't mean to imply that I thought it was ok for Scully to be permiscuous. I think it would be irresponsible for her character in some respects. She is a doctor and should know better. In "Genderbender" she even commented on how stupid it was for the victims to behave that way in the eara of AIDS and other diseases. But she also can be shown as imperfect. One thing that could make these character flaw intertesting is that, if she had previously made misakes and had bad affairs and experiences it could help lead her to a guy like Mulder. Despite what others say about him, I think he's a first rate, stand up guy. A real prince. :-)
