I looked at your list again, and couldn't believe I forgot to make Paper Hearts one of my favorites! Same with The Unnatural. There are just so many great episodes it's hard to pick. It's easier for me to pick the ones I don't like cause when I hate them, I hate them. I take it as a personal insult when an episode is written terribly or out of character. I've got a lot invested in those shows!

The way one thing can make you hate an episode, that's the same thing that can make me like an episode. Like Space, for instance, which was on your worst of list. That episode really isn't very good, but I like it because of the conversation Mulder and Scully have after they see the space shuttle launch. Mulder says that he fulfilled one of his boyhood fantasies, and Scully says "Yeah, it ranks right up there with getting a pony and learning to braid my own hair". I loved that! So even though I probably will never watch Space again, I don't hate it because of that.
