Such a great performance by Lily Taylor. It was a very interesting X-File and DD was good in it. One of my favorite XF elements is whenever we have Mulder sympathising and showing compassion for a down trodden type character.

So that's one reason I choose as my obscure episode, "Roland". I know a lot of people seem to dislike this one. But again, great performance by the guest actor (I can't recall him name) and I loved Mulders interaction with him in the scene when he picks out his shirt.

I could probably think of one or two others but this was the frst one that sprung to mind when I saw the question. Unless you want me to bring up my enjoyment of "Hell Money". :-)
