I always wondered if they did go see the Liberty bel. I don't know if Scully would be that interested in it. She might want to examine the crack I suppose.
Yes Mulder was looking for someone to play with in Scully but she didn't always cooperate. I wonder if he thoght of her more like a sister early on and she was a substitute for Samantha.

This wasn't a very memorable ep. And it had a couple of those annoying 'Scully shows up just a little too late to see the paranormal stuff' moments in it.
